Snow Service FAQ's and information

Our team will dispatch when a snowfall event produces a total snowfall accumulation of 5cm or more. Our service will begin when the snow fall event concludes. All clientele will be serviced within sixteen (16) hours of the conclusion of a snowfall event. Priority service clientele will be serviced within eight (8) hours of the conclusion of a snowfall event. In the event of a snow storm spanning multiple days, our team will provide multiple visits through the duration of the storm if required.

How many snow falls are covered in the package?

All snowfall events between the dates of November 15th and April 15th will be covered.

What if the city plow goes by multiple times?

We are always on the look out for the city plow but if they happen to go by again once we have cleared the ridge, just give us a call and we will dispatch an operator to take care of it!

What does Monthly vs Seasonal payment mean on the graphic?

All snow contracts are for the 5 month period from November 15 to April 15th. You will save some cost by paying for the season, however the monthly payment is there to allow for some flexibility to spread the cost out over the duration of the contract.
